One of the Finger Lakes' strongest red grapes, Lemberger, also known as Blaufränkisch in Austria, presents exceptionally well as a young wine and also has serious aging potential. This light-bodied dry wine delivers aromas of fresh blackberries, raspberry jam, and hints of black pepper that follow through on the palate with rich plum, red cherry, and vanilla.
