Balanced Skin Herbal Toner

Designed for combination & oily skin to balance excess oil production, tighten pores. Witch hazel offers skin-soothing, anti-inflammatory and astringency benefits, while the infused herbs help heal wounds, blemishes, calm redness, tighten pores, and even tone.  Ingredients: Witch hazel, Distilled water, Yarrow, White Willow bark, Calendula, Lavender extract Directions:  Add a small amount of toner to a cotton pad and apply to skin after cleansing. Do not rinse. Allow to dry and follow with hydration water and oil +serum.
