Surely, no one needs to teach thoroughbreds to run. But, they do need to learn how to start. The 2007 poster artwork, Settling In, highlights the most important six feet (two meters) on the racetrack; the starting gate. Under the watchful eyes of stewards and starters, every racehorse must learn how to enter and leave the tight green box before they can race.
