Medical Tear Away Pouch This medical pouch comes empty but had interior elastic straps and interior organization to store medical gear. A loop panel fasteners onto either RMP or standard MOLLE/PALS webbing with integral MOLLE straps. The medical pouch is hooked backed and has a secondary buckle strap that secures it to the loop panel. It has a grommet for draining.
