Named for our Espresso Counter located within Ripple & Company Restaurant.  Aromas of plum and semi-sweet chocolate. Look for notes of toasted coconut, meyer lemon, walnut, and meringue. It's pleasant blackcurrant acidity is balanced by a chocolate sweetness and creamy body. A slightly herbal finish of sage and black currant makes this a highly drinkable cup!
