The clearing fragrance of eucalyptus and clove, plus the soothing, moist heat, released when warming, brings comfort to sinus headaches and chest congestion - as well as sore muscles and spasms, aching joints, and general tension throughout the body. Pack will stay warm for over half an hour - or store in the freezer for cold compress applications. To avoid shifting and allow for even heat distribution, our Pain Tamer mix of grains is held in place by six separate channels. We include a cotton lace trimmed pillowcase to protect our heat pack.
