GRIND Interactive, Inc. now offers in-house shipping insurance! Adding Shipping Protection at checkout will cover your order against damage, loss, or theft. (shipping costs and taxes are not included). If you choose to opt out of this service, such protection will not be available for your order. Once checkout is complete and your order has been placed, Shipping Protection Insurance is non-refundable. In the case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival and you purchased shipping insurance through us, you can file a claim within the first 30 days after receiving your Machine by emailing info@grindbaskeball.com with your order number, issue, and photos. Our support team will take a look and assist accordingly. Shipping Protection is highly recommended for our Standard Delivery Option.
