An Egg weight easily slides and will rest at the bottom of the rig. Any extra colored cable blends in easily. It is hassle free, doesn't kink, and is easily adjustable.  6ft 6oz: Ideal for water up to 3ft; flutter decoys, kicking decoys, flashers. Not ideal for decoys that have bilge pumps or swimmers. 8ft 8oz: Ideal for water depths 3ft - 6ft; swimmer decoys in mucky bottom, bilge pump butt decoys 12ft 12oz: Ideal for water depths 5ft - 10ft, and/or heavy pulling swimmer decoys.
