Kazak Model 100 Knife Sharpener

Kazak Model 100 is a new standard for high-end sharpening systems. Model 100 was designed to be used in sharpening workshops. Model 100 is a heavy-duty dust-proof low-maintenance rigid sharpening system. Kazak Model 100 innovative features:  ⚙️️Rotary Assembly of new design. Two angular contact adjustable bearings prevent shaft backlash in both radial or axial directions. The housing of the rotary assembly is made of aluminum and sealed against dust. ⚙️️Fine Angle Adjuster UBR V.2 with a 11.8" tall gear rack to set the sharpening angle in a wide range of 13° to 50°. The rack and pinion in UBR V.2 have a new design very different from UBR and other sharpening systems with gear racks.
