It has flavors of milk chocolate and brown sugar with a hint of lemon Costa Rican- Costa Rican brings a pleasant acidity. It is a balanced but full body with sweetness hints of honey and molasses. Ethiopian- Our Ethiopian has bright fruited and floral flavors. It's a little more acidic with a heavy and winey blueberry note. Guatemalan-Our Guatemalan comes with a crisp acidity with a medium to full body. It has notes of nuts, toffee, and bittersweet cocoa.  Italian Peruvian-Italian Peruvian is light bodied but flavorful. It has mild acidity and a taste of nuts, flowers, and fruit. Mexican Chiapas-Our Mexican Chiapas has is mild yet flavorful with sweet notes.
