Tipsy Tree - Maple & Birch Mead aged on Gesho Wood

This is the very first mead developed by our brewer, Julie! Brewed with fresh birch and maple sap harvested from our farm, then aged on shiny-leaf buckthorn (better known as gesho), this mead feels like an ancient forest on the first day of spring.
