Business Plans serve as road maps from thinking of all aspects of your start-up venture to getting funding. An in-depth business plan allows you to lay down the groundwork for the structure, operations, and methods to grow your business while defining your target market, products and services and business strategies. The more organized you are before starting the process, the easier it will be to stay focused and to be ready for all the operational and funding details that can pile up.  This workshop will guide you through the two styles of business plans – the quick 1 page start up plan and the more traditional detailed plan. We start with the quick start up plan to begin focusing on key elements that effects every business which will feed into a traditional plan. This interactive workshop will begin with a lecture
