4" x 2" Ductile Steel V-Groove Wheel Kingpinless Swivel Caster - Part # P51042DVRB V-groove wheels are designed to guide equipment by rolling on inverted angle iron track, however, they can also operate off the track thanks to the tread on either side of the v-groove. The ductile steel wheel has similar capacities, impact strength, and durability when compared to forged steel wheels, but is more economically priced. Ductile steel is a combination of alloys that provide higher weight capacity and more durability than standard cast iron wheels, but not quite the capacity and durability of forged steel wheels.
