Insulated Box AND Heat Pack If temperatures in your area are expected to drop below 50°F at any point within two weeks of your purchase, please be sure to add a heat pack to your order. If temperature in your area are expected to drop below 45°F at any point within two weeks of your purchase, please insulate the box as well.  We do not recommend shipping to locations with below-freezing temperatures. If you choose to place an order during freezing conditions and the plants arrive damaged, we cannot offer a replacement or credit. We kindly suggest waiting until the weather warms up a bit before ordering. Thank you for understanding!
