Pure Maple Syrup sold in decorative glass maple jars.  Available in four sizes. All online syrup orders are filled with Amber Color & Rich Taste pure maple syrup, unless specified at checkout. Other grades of pure maple syrup: Golden Color & Delicate Taste (formerly known as Light Amber or Fancy) Dark Color & Robust Taste (formerly known as Medium Amber) Amber Color & Rich Taste (formerly known as Dark Amber) Very Dark Color & Strong Taste (formerly known as Grade B for cooking) There is no price difference between these grades but there IS a taste difference.  The darker the syrup, the stronger the maple flavor.
