Shortened Front Strut Housings Options In the drop-down menu next to the image of the product, please select from the following choices: Select Option "1" = This kit uses your existing stock length housings.  OR Select Option "2" = If you would like instructions on how to shorten your strut housings and do it yourself. OR Select Option "3" = If you would like Ground Control to section and powder coat your strut housings. (removal of stock spring seat and welding optional for added tire clearance and range of adjustment, directions included) Expected ride height change from 0 to 2 inches. Lower than 2 inches can cause rear alignment problems, but an M5 can go a bit lower by virtue of the adjustable subframe.
