This Organic A grade is processed at a mill located in the Okapa valley in the Eastern Highlands province. It is a fully washed, Arabica of the Typica and Bourbon varietals, and the coffeeÕs flavor profile is wonderful. With a sweet and bright acidity, and a full and balanced body, this organic coffee is complemented by caramel and floral overtones and an apricot and cocoa finish.
