Joseph Joseph's wooden rolling pin with measuring rings is one of my absolute favorite tools that I've had since beginning decorating. This innovative rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing dough with five sets of rolling pin rings that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create exactly the required pastry thickness. Dials are 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8mm or 10mm (1/16, 1/6, 1/4, 5/16 and 3/8 inches)
