2015 Deering Deluxe Mahogany 5-String Banjo Used

The Deluxe is one of Deering’s oldest models and over the decades Greg and his crew have refined the design since it was introduced in 1979. This example was crafted in 2015 and it features Deering’s own 20 hole -06- bell bronze tone ring, a one-piece cast zinc flange, a three-ply maple rim, and a mahogany neck and resonator. The inlays were designed by Greg Deering and are inspired by the work of great Boston banjo builders of the early 20th Century. This banjo is in good structural and cosmetic shape. It was recently refretted so it plays like a new instrument. Include the original hardshell case.
