2017 Gibson Custom Shop L-5 Studio Archtop Electric Guitar - Used

This Gibson Custom Shop L-5 Studio Crimson Series was built in 2017 and it’s in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. It was part of a limited run and is finished in a color Gibson dubbed Army Green. The Studio Series offers cosmetically simpler versions of classic Gibson models, which keeps the cost down while retaining the same tone and playability. The top on the guitar is solid, carved spruce and it’s fitted with a pair of Gibson Custombucker humbucking pickups. Unlike the L-5 Studios Gibson briefly made back in the late 1990s, this edition has a carved, solid maple back. This is a great sounding guitar with the rich, mellow tone that has made the L-5 one of the most coveted jazz guitars out there. Includes the original hardshell case and the COA.
