Translucent Rice Powder

    This translucent rice powder is similar to Bare Minerals Mineral Veil.  However, instead of Zea Mays (corn starch), it contains micronized pulverized rice for a smooth satin, finish. Combined with silk powder that naturally contains amino acids and added allantoin to help maintain and moisture and skins barrier.
