Prescription Insert: V.4 Insert comes ready to fill with your Prescription in Single Vision, Lined BiFocal or No-Line Progressives.  Insert does not have lenses when purchased here. Reader Inserts:  Available in Clear FogStopper® lenses, +1.50, +2.00 & +2.50.  Reader Bifocal is in bottom 1/3 of lens area, top 2/3's has no correction.
