Custom Program Down Payment

This down payment is an agreement from the athlete to Guerrilla Athlete that they are committed to the development of a custom program. The athlete has 5 days upon submitting the down payment to request a refund. If the athlete chooses not to purchase the custom program upon completion or decides that they no longer want a custom program outside of the initial 5-day window,  the athlete forfeits the $75.00 down payment and is not eligible for a refund. By submitting the down payment the athlete agrees to these terms.
