Dr. Taylor's Bonefish Puff

This is not your boring old puff. Our bonefish puff has a history not many people know about. One of our favorite anglers, Dr. Flip Taylor brought these flies to Guanaja in the early days. He told us how his father invented the fly pattern many years ago for spooky tailing bonefish. The story goes, Orvis tested it and found bonefish to eat it at every single destination. They offered Dr. Taylor Sr. a fly rod for the pattern. He refused. They took the pattern anyway and called it the Mini Puff. We engineered this fly in a variety of colors, with modern materials including Senyo's Barred Predator Wrap, micro crystal flash and Whiting Farm's hackle.  We have given the rightful name back to the Doctor.
