Unified Ferments | Wen Shan Bao Zhong (文山包種茶)

Wen Shan Bao Zhong is a lightly oxidized, bright oolong tea produced in northern Taiwan. From a fourth generation tea-producing family from the Nantou region, the powdery floral notes, deep oat sweetness, and subtle salinity are the tea’s trademarks. This alcohol-free tea ferment is made similarly to a Kombucha, with a much more delicate flavor. Perfect as a wine alternative, this beverage is both wildly delicious and satisfying.
