TPS II (Tube Preamp System 2) The TPS II is a high-performance, two-channel preamplifier equipped with ART's proprietary V3 (Variable Valve Voicing) technology. This feature ensures exceptional versatility and top-notch performance, characteristic of ART tube preamps. The TPS II also includes variable input impedance, enabling users to perfectly match any microphone type, from large condensers to ribbon mics. Building on the success of its predecessor, the DPS, the improved V3 functionality provides optimized reference points for recording various instruments such as guitars, bass guitars, synths, acoustic instruments, percussion, and vocals. Unique in its class, the TPS II offers level monitoring through two analog meters, along with newly added input monitoring LED meters. Both high-Z instruments and balanced microphone signals can be connected via front and rear panel jacks. The enhanced TPS II can handle +20 dB peaks while maintaining a dynamic range of over 120 dB, ensuring quiet
