Abalone Tones Greenlip Abalone Also known as Australia Abalone (Haliotis laevigata). Abalone Tones are a Jazz III shaped pick hand made from solid Abalone shell. They measure in at 26.6mm long, 22.9mm wide & 1.3mm thick. Although it can be difficult to see in the photos they do also have a ground chamfer on either side, which tapers towards the tip which typically measures in at 0.8mm with a 2mm radius.
