Laticrete Fracture Ban Primer Laticrete Fracture Ban Primer is a concentrated premium quality, water-based primer designed to be applied prior to installation of Fracture Ban membrane. Fracture Ban Primer penetrates deeply into substrates and maximizes bond strength of the Fracture Ban peel and stick membrane to the substrate. Fracture Ban Primer is formulated as a concentrate and must be diluted 1:1 with clean potable water. When diluted, one gallon of concentrate will cover approximately 285 ft2 (26.5 m2). The 5 gallon bucket will cover approximately 1,425 ft2 (132.4 m2).
