Gramma Wilhelmina’s High Tide

I always enjoyed visiting my Gramma Wilhelmina and talking with her.  When I think back to the times, we shared together I always think of my Gramma’s home, in Downtown Charleston and how during a good rainstorm the street of Charleston would flood especially if there was a High Tide.
