Sat, Dec 6 - Clean Coffee with Mr. Gut Check [10am-noon]

Join Mr. Gut Check in the kitchen for a morning class where we’ll discuss all things coffee.  You’ll be greeted with your own custom espresso drink and then we’ll cover coffee bean selection (which ones are truly clean, meaning free from mold as well as traits of coffee from different regions of the world) and bean storage. We’ll then dive into brewing methods (pour over, French press, aeropress, and espresso) including different grind types as well as bean grinders. There will be tastings offered in class featuring each brewing method. Finally, we’ll touch on milk/milk alternatives. You’ll leave class fully caffeinated and ready to upgrade your morning cup!
