RH All-Purpose Cement Thinner Our RH Thinner should be used as a companion product for our neoprene adhesives (Clear-Tite, Duall-88, S-18). Formulated specifically for use with Clear-Tite Contact Cement, Duall-88 Leather Adhesive, and S-18 All-Purpose Adhesive. Designed for thinning, spraying, reactivating, prepping, and cleaning your project and tools. You also can use RH Thinner to clean brushes, rollers, spray guns, and other types of applicators. Since RH Thinner is flammable, it should be used in a well-ventilated area. Handle empty containers with care, as any residual solvent is flammable. Available in Gallon and Quart
