Beach Ride

I think about this painting every time I am stuck in traffic. The thoughts of warm and carefree summer days, spent leisurely exploring a coastal paradise, take me away from the crowded highways and blaring horns of angry commuters. I am grateful for the memories this painting evokes and for the goofy smile that I cannot suppress despite the chaos that surrounds me.
