This clip started life as something else, it had a single thin post coming from the center of the back. It was too small to be secured with a butterfly clutch but the piece overall didn't work as an earring, so not sure what the purpose was! I soldered a dress clip mechanism to the back and now it has a useful function again. It has been completely reset with amethyst rhinestones.Clips can be worn on the neckline, collar, in a breast pocket, clipped onto a chain as a pendant or even worn on a headband.
