He views Napoleon (particularly his appointments of Popish Cardinals over territories he conquers), the Pope, and the Roman Church through the lens of his interpretations of the Bible. He predicts that the fall of the Man of Sin will happen about the year 2000. His conclusion at the end of the second sermon is to call A
