On a Rock in the middle of San Francisco Bay sits the notorious Alcatraz prison. Surrounded by frigid Waters and fast Currents, some of the United States’ most notorious criminals were sent here to serve out their sentences, as escape was almost impossible. The lighthouse that sits atop the Rock, is the oldest on the West Coast, and is now abandoned with the rest of the facility, but still operates with the aid of Electricity.
