John Adams was the second president of the United States from 1797 to 1801 and previously served as George Washington's vice president for eight years. Born in 1735 in the colony of Massachusetts Bay, Adams was a lawyer and career diplomat who played a crucial role in advocating for American independence. He also played a key part in implementing significant coinage legislation, such as the Act that allowed the United States Mint to keep its facility in Philadelphia. I do not know if these coins were ever circulated or not and they have not been graded.  Each Coin Sold Separately.
