Alum Stone

Clearing, Absorbs Negativity, Gossip. Alum is used to stop gossip and backstabbing. Write the person's name onto a little piece of paper and stick it in a jar full of alum while having the intent to stop the bickering. You can also clear out a space or home of all negativity by placing a small dish of alum into a small area (or multiple areas if doing a whole house). This will help absorb the negativity and the dishes should be replaced on a weekly bases. You can dispose of the used crystals by placing them under running water and letting them dissolve away.
