Hallett Step Down Rigid Flow is created in the USA with 19-gauge hi-temper aluminum which won't rust, rot, or distort, and available in three colors. Hallett Rigid Flow is a low-profile product that sits in the gutter, and is installed by using a 1” screw to attach to the back of the gutter (fascia) and a ½” zip screw to fasten it to the outer lip of the gutter. Hallett Step Down Rigid Flow is created with a patented perf-flow filtration system that allows air circulation above and below the gutter, through the holes, and into the gutter channel so that a gentle breeze will blow away any debris.
