Grown in the sacred soils of Chiapas and Oaxaca by generational farmers who know their land like breath. These Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties are fully washed, sun-dried, and slow-crafted at 900–1000 meters in clay mineral soil. It’s not just coffee.
