Rutabaga microgreens have a robust flavor, reminiscent of sharp Kale or Spinach. If you’ve never tried Rutabaga, think of a cross between Cabbage and Turnips, or a less-sweet Carrot. They have a slightly peppery, zesty & bitter flavor, making them a delicious raw addition to a variety of dishes including sandwiches, wraps & salads. They make a great garnish for any savory dish. Uniquely tasty & healthy - these little greens are definitely worth a try!  Good to know before you grow: The peel time is around 4-5 days after the initial soak. The grow time is around 7-10 days.
