The greens have a crisp texture similar to celery, that are tender and delicate. Bok choy is commonly used in Asian cuisine and can be prepared in a variety of ways, such as stir-frying, steaming, or adding to soups and stews. Good to know before you grow: The peel time is around 5-6 days after the initial soak. The grow time is around 10-12 days.
