Private Party Booking Form

In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $50 deposit. As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register will be noted in your link to your event.   You MUST have at least 6 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. If you do not get at least 6 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your orders will be turned into Hammer @ Home kits for you to pick up.  Private Workshops will last about 2 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can participate so please be sure everyone registers.  Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made.
