Damascus chefs knife

This blade is a looker, and will certainly perform just as well! It is a multi bar stack of 52100 high carbon steel with a feather Damascus center. 52100 is known for being an exceptional steel on the kitchen for its excellent edge retention and relatively good corrosion resistance. The handle is a full tang construction with stabilized spalted pecan handle scales.  Blade length 6.25" Overall length 11"   All of our knives come with a limited lifetime warranty. As long as there isn't any evidence of intentional breaking, we will repair or replace the knife as we see fit
