After years of development, the Grill Pan is the first FINEX foray into use-specific cast ironware. The wait was worth it (if only for the chance to say Grillet). The raised grill lines give plenty of dripping and breathing room, and add beautiful sear marks. The bold 8 sides take a more stylized turn, giving a squared footprint that will fit anything from steaks to sandwiches, while maintaining a great shape for pouring off and plating.  FINEX gives old school technology a careful revamp, producing an American made classic that only updates the parts that need it.
