Sew a Pride Flag

Play with color and show your pride! Using fabric, thread, and your sewing machine, you can make a pride flag as unique as you are. You'll learn some basic quilting skills: cutting fabric strips with a rotary cutter, piecing them together with your sewing machine, and finishing off with ironing, trimming, and hemming. Bonus: learn how to add grommets so you can fly your flag high. Audience: Adults Skill level: Beginner Supplies we'll provide: Fabric, thread, and grommets, plus kind, patient instruction Supplies to bring with you: Your working sewing machine (please test it at home beforehand).
