Tropical Blossom is an amber honey with a robust floral taste lending to its various nectars. It tastes the most like traditional honey. Ohia Lehua is a unique honey, with an earthy yet buttery flavor. It’s one of the first plants to bloom on cooled lava flows on the big island. It’s crunchy sugar crystals taste like a treat. Our honey is raw, unfiltered, unheated, and unprocessed. Nothing is added to them. They are just how nature intended them to be.
