The Julienne Cutter cuts julienne strips and vegetable spaghetti as easy as peeling. The julienne cutter is suitable for use with all firm vegetable types such as zucchini, carrots, daikon, potatoes, cucumber and many others. Place the vegetable on a firm cutting surface and draw the cutter along the length of the vegetable applying gentle pressure. All metal components are made of stainless steel. The blades themselves are made of extra-hard special steel to stay durably sharp.
