Instant Yeast

YEAST, DRY INSTANT: Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid DIRECTIONS: Mix with flour or add to dough during first stage of mixing.  Keep out of direct contact with ice water.  Baguette Recipe: 6 cups bread flour 2 teaspoons salt 3/4 teaspoon Hanna's Instant dry Yeast 750 ml room temp water Mix all ingredients together let sit over night 9-15 hrs preheat oven to 400 F cut into long loaves (4-5) bake for 25 min until golden brown
