This blend helps calm overflowing energy and power, cooling and soothing the gut, and balancing the fire within. In Ayurveda, this blend is suggested to balance the Pitta dosha. The Cooling Blend features Amla and other premium spices. Product brewing instructions Heat or boil milk or water to 200 degrees F. Add HOT milk/water to 1 tsp of Karha; alter this ratio to taste Steep for 5-6 mins. All spices will settle at the base when steeped Add Milk and Sweetener to taste if desired If you get some spices in your mouth, it's all good! The spices provide a boost of flavor.
