Best growing in socal Fruits at 5-10 years old, mature trees are freeze tolerant to the low 20's, one of the top 100 most delicious fruits on the planet. Taste is similar to Sabara Jaboticaba (see above) but larger fruit (up to 4cm), thicker skin. 60%+ pulp by weight, produces at 5-10 years old and bears a few times per year after 2-5 years of fruiting.
